{"id":2907,"date":"2010-05-26T18:01:17","date_gmt":"2010-05-26T22:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.antociano.net\/blog\/?p=2907"},"modified":"2020-08-31T20:06:58","modified_gmt":"2020-08-31T20:06:58","slug":"la-tapa-de-rosca-es-lo-mejor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antociano.net\/blog\/2010\/05\/la-tapa-de-rosca-es-lo-mejor\/","title":{"rendered":"La tapa de rosca es lo mejor&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2908\" title=\"Wine Spectator\" src=\"http:\/\/www.antociano.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/WineSpectator0510.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"263\" \/>Bueno, eso es lo que dice la revista  donde hacen referencia a un estudio realizado por el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.awri.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Australian Wine Research Institute<\/a> que durante 10 a\u00f1os evalu\u00f3 el comportamiento de los vinos usando 14 diferentes tipos de cierres, incluyendo el corcho por supuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Los expertos del estudio afirmaron que luego de ese periodo de tiempo los vinos que usaron tapa de rosca mantuvieron su car\u00e1cter sin perder su frescura.<\/p>\n<p>Queremos compartir con Uds. que no sab\u00edamos que exist\u00edan 14 tipos de cierres, nuestros conocimientos solo llegaban a 3: Corcho, tapa rosca y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antociano.net\/blog\/index.php\/2009\/03\/hay-otro-en-la-pelea-el-vino-lok\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VINOLOK<\/a>, y si consideran los <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antociano.net\/blog\/index.php\/2007\/06\/novedades-en-orlando-wine-cube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vinos en caja<\/a> seria una cuarta opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la revista comienza el articulo de esta manera un poco chocante: &#8220;If wine fans needed any more proof that the romance of pulling a cork is pass\u00e9&#8221;.
