De nuevo, Valencia se convertir&aacute; en una de las grandes capitales gastron&oacute;micas del mundo gracias a esta iniciativa que tiene como motivo principal la uni&oacute;n de la Gastronom&iacute;a, la Enolog&iacute;a y Cocteler&iacute;a. Dando pie a lo que se ha denominado <strong>Trilog&iacute;a en Fusi&oacute;n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El evento contar&aacute; con una buena cantidad de reconocidos chef como <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.librodenarda.com\/\">Narda Lepez<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sumitoestevez.com\/\">Sumito Estevez<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cacaorestaurant.com\/\">Edgar Leal<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.starchefs.com\/chefs\/rising_stars\/2008\/south_florida\/bio_kurtis_jantz.shtml\">Kurtis D.
